Elisabeth has extensive clinical experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology. She has successfully assisted patients with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Disruptive Behavior Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Eating Disorders. She has worked in different settings including private practices, psychiatric facilities for children and adolescents, as well as a general hospital helping individuals facing chronic illnesses or traumatic experiences.

Elisabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from IE University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Europea. She has furthered her education with coursework focused on child and adolescent psychology at Utrecht University. Elisabeth's multicultural upbringing, spanning Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain, contributes to her international perspective. Her multifaceted background has provided her with a unique insight into the challenges individuals face when adjusting to different cultures when moving abroad.
