CV20230

Agatha Blasini is a licensed Health Psychologist, holding a degree in Psychology from Nebrija University and a Master’s in General Health Psychology from the International University of Valencia.
Born in Miami, USA, she spent her childhood and adolescence in Venezuela, with a period of academic study in Switzerland and professional training in Spain. This multicultural background has shaped her ability to attune to the subtle contextual factors that can play an important role in understanding each person’s experience and life story.
She works primarily with adults, as well as with children and adolescents, using an integrative cognitive-behavioral approach informed by trauma and attachment theory. Her clinical work addresses difficulties related to trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, and related conditions, supporting individuals, couples, and families through therapeutic processes.
She also guides individuals through lifestyle and health-related changes, encouraging sustainable habits that emerge from a genuine search for meaning and the development of a more conscious, respectful, and healthy relationship with oneself.
Agatha has experience supporting parents and caregivers, helping strengthen the bond between parents and their children. She views the body as a fundamental ally in the therapeutic process, facilitating deep, safe, and gradual work with emotions and their reprocessing.
She considers ongoing professional development essential to responsible clinical practice and remains continuously engaged in further training and specialization. She integrates these learnings into her daily work in order to provide rigorous, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
She offers therapy in both Spanish and English and views psychotherapy as a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space where each person can feel understood and supported in their process.
