From a very young age, Alfonso developed a deep curiosity about understanding how the human mind works. He has always been fascinated by the way we think, feel, and behave and, above all, by how psychological suffering can be understood and how people can be supported through their processes of change and personal growth. That initial curiosity became the foundation of what is now both his vocation and his profession: psychology.
Alfonso graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Seville and later completed a Master's Degree in General Health Psychology at Loyola University Andalusia. There, he had the opportunity to train in an environment that combines clinical practice with scientific rigor.
Over the years, he has completed several specialized training programs in contextual and evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), and Functional Behavior Analysis. His goal has always been clear: to provide up-to-date, effective, and personalized psychological care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
