Julia is a licensed general health psychologist with solid training and experience in cognitive-
behavioral therapy (CBT), third-wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). She
also holds a specialization in Sexual and Couple Therapy. Julia provides therapy in both
Spanish and English.
Her practice focuses on adults, adolescents, and couples, addressing a wide range of issues,
including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational difficulties, sexual problems, and life
transitions. Julia offers therapy in both in-person and online formats, ensuring flexibility and
accessibility for her clients.

corporate sectors. She has worked as an educational counselor and human resources

Julia holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master's
in General Health Psychology from the Universidad Europea de Madrid. She has also
completed various postgraduate studies in different areas of psychology. Her international
experience in the United States and Italy has given her a unique sensitivity to cultural
differences and the needs of expatriate populations.
