Gabriela has training and clinical experience in cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and humanistic therapy. Her work focuses mainly on individual therapy with adolescents and adults, working on problems related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, and transition to the different stages of the life cycle. She offers therapy in Spanish and English online or face-to-face.
Gabriela comes from a multicultural background, she graduated in Psychology from IE University (Instituto de Empresa), where she did her final thesis on Mindfulness applied to eating behavior.
Due to her vocation for helping other people and studying changes in behavior and emotions, after finishing her degree, she got her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology Psychology from Comillas Pontificia University.
Gabriela also has extensive experience working with people who do not reside in their country of origin.
She also works as am Associate Professor at IAU (International American Universities) teaching Happiness & Positive Psychology, Abnormal Psychology and Cross-Cultural Psychology.
