Isabella has clinical experience and training to offer individual therapy to children,
adolescents, and young adults, integrating tools from various therapeutic approaches.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Navarra
and a Master's in General Health Psychology from the Universidad Pontificia de
Comillas. Additionally, she has received training in Rational Emotive Behavioral

Therapy (REBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and educational and parenting
models focused on promoting emotional safety in relationships.

Growing up in a large family and having the opportunity to live in different cities
throughout her professional training, Isabella developed an early interest in
understanding human relationships and the impact that secure attachments have on
individuals' well-being, particularly in a multicultural environment. She believes that
life itself has taught her the importance of adaptability, building quality relationships,
navigating grief, transitioning through life stages, and finding meaning that nurtures
our motivation.

Isabella has worked in both educational and clinical settings, and her work focuses on
developing reflective functioning, aiming to promote self-awareness and resilience.
She views psychotherapy as a unique process in which she co-constructs with the
patient the approach to addressing their distress. In doing so, she is committed to
supporting them in understanding their inner world and developing healthy ways to
relate to themselves and others.

Isabella offers therapy both online and in-person in Spanish and English.
