María Hernández is a licensed clinical psychologist with an integrative, cognitive-behavioral
approach and a specialization in child and adolescent psychology. She graduated in
Psychology from the University of Navarra in Pamplona, with a clinical psychology degree
distinction, and holds a Master’s in General Health Psychology and a Master’s in
Cognitive-Behavioral Child and Adolescent Psychology, both completed at the Pontifical
University of Comillas in Madrid.


María has a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and young adults,
supporting her patients with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, conduct disorders,
low self-esteem, and bullying. In her role as a therapist, she helps patients develop emotional
skills and coping strategies to promote their overall well-being.


She provides therapy in Spanish, English, and French, adapting her interventions to the
individual needs of each person as well as their cultural background and life experiences.
In addition to her clinical experience, María has collaborated with non-governmental
organizations, which has allowed her to develop a sensitive perspective on the social and
emotional realities of different contexts. She also has experience in the educational field,
enriching her comprehensive approach to therapy.
