Lucía is a licensed health psychologist with an integrative approach, specializing in supporting adolescents and young adults through emotional challenges and major life transitions. She draws on cognitive-behavioral, systemic, and humanistic therapies, tailoring each intervention to the individual to foster resilience, personal growth, and psychological well-being.

She has clinical experience working in the Adolescent and Young Adult Unit at Hospital Ruber Internacional (part of the Quirón Salud Group) and in specialized mental health day hospitals. Before focusing fully on clinical work, she spent five years in talent, leadership, and organizational well-being consulting at the multinational firm Accenture.

Lucía holds a degree in Psychology from IE University and the University of Hong Kong, and completed her Master’s in General Health Psychology at UNIR to deepen her clinical expertise.

 

She offers therapy in both Spanish and English, available in-person and online, and has extensive experience helping individuals navigate cultural adaptation and transitions.
