Pamela has clinical experience and expertise to conduct individual therapy with adolescents and adults from an integrative approach since she likes to adapt the therapeutic process to the needs of each person in an empathetic and close way. Her professional base is from the cognitive-behavioral approach, but she also has training in systemic and humanistic approaches.

 

She works with problems related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, and sexual disorders. Her main area of ​​work is Emotional Dependency and Attachment Theory, as she did her thesis on it. She studied Psychology with a mention in Health Psychology at the University of Navarra and later the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology in Madrid.

 

Pamela is of Guatemalan origin and due to vital experiences, she has lived in various places (Guatemala, UK, Switzerland, and Korea...), which is why she is passionate about working in a multicultural environment. She offers online and face-to-face therapy in Spanish and English.
