From what approach do the therapists work?

The therapeutic methods we employ include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
How long does the treatment usually last?
Achieving sustained well-being through these therapeutic models generally takes between 10 and 14 sessions. The duration largely depends on the client’s personal commitment and effort both during and outside of therapy sessions.
